MERZA reserves the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the item does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer, and any associated shipping costs will not be covered by MERZA.
To initiate a return, please ensure that a Return Form is completed and included with your parcel. All items must be packaged securely to protect them during transit.

We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service, as MERZA cannot accept responsibility for any lost, delayed, or damaged items during transit. Please retain your tracking number for reference. Returns should be lodged and received within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this period may not be accepted and will be reviewed at MERZA’s discretion. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps regarding your exchange or store credit. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Approved returns will be issued as a store credit valid for 6 months.
All sale items are final sale and are non-refundable. No exchange, return, or store credit can be offered on sale items. This policy also applies to items with minor imperfections, which are considered reasonable for discounted or final sale products. Please note that sale items will not be restocked, and any unauthorised sale returns received will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we are pleased to offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, provided the following conditions are met: the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
You must also contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, including your order number, a brief description of the fault, and clear photographs showing the issue. All faulty item claims must be submitted via email to info@merza.com.au for assessment by our customer care team before the item is returned. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
Once a refund has been approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
